• Develop a strong, foundational understanding of each of Duke Cannon’s core customer targets to drive consumer-centric decision making across the organization and aid in identification of marketing and innovation opportunities.
• Strengthen category understanding and identify pain points and opportunities within each of Duke Cannon’s key categories.
• Understand customer reactions to Duke Cannon’s current packaging in-store and identify opportunities to further optimize.
